The project activities will contribute to increasing the capacities of the government to implement environmental policies and sustainable development in accordance with the EU directives. By providing support in tailings, the project will: reduce the cross-border impact of industrial hotspots pollution in Artana/Novo Brdo and Stan Tërg\Stari Trg mine; strengthen mechanisms for this and capacities in policy integration; mobilize local capacities for input into regional networking on environmental issues.
